These terms are an agreement between you and MindRise Studio for the use of the Foxy app. By using the app you accept them.
Foxy turns your photos into guides you trace by hand, offers original templates and lessons, and includes optional Pro features. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
If you subscribed on our website and Foxy isn't working out for you, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. This guarantee applies to purchases made through this website; purchases made inside the iOS app are billed by Apple and follow Apple's refund process. Write to [email protected] from the email linked to your purchase.
Your photos and drawings are yours. They are processed on your device and we claim no rights over them. Use only photos you have the right to use, and don't use the app to infringe anyone's rights.
Don't reverse-engineer the app, resell it, misuse its services, or use it in ways that break the law. Template artwork and lessons are our original content, licensed for your personal use — tracing and sharing your resulting drawings is exactly what they're for; redistributing the source files is not.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, MindRise Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be shown in the app before they apply. You can stop using the app at any time; deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription (cancel in your Apple Account settings).
